Jeffrey Tyson Hammerschmidt

Mr. Hammerschmidt's practice is limited to the defense of persons accused of crimes in state and federal courts, including white collar matters. Mr. Hammerschmidt served as a Deputy District Attorney for more than 12 years and also served as the lead legal advisor to a police department of more than 800 police officers. He is certified as a Criminal Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
