About
Patrick M. Hale is the founder and managing partner of Hale Law, a personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for justice across Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a Legal Studies focus from the University of Central Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude and serving in student leadership, including as a Student Government Association Senator. Patrick earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, home to the nation’s top-ranked Trial Advocacy program. He was elected a Calvin Kuenzel Student Bar Association Representative and clerked for the Florida Attorney General’s Office and the Sixth Judicial Circuit Civil Appellate Panel, drafting published judicial orders. He also worked at a prominent insurance-defense firm, learning the strategies insurers use to minimize claims. Patrick began his career as an Assistant State Attorney, conducting more than 30 trials to verdict. In 2018, driven by a desire to serve everyday Floridians, he founded Hale Law as a solo practitioner. The firm has since grown to multiple attorneys and resources while maintaining its personal, client-focused approach. Hale Law handles motor-vehicle and catastrophic injury cases, including wrongful death, and has successfully recovered millions for clients. Patrick is a member of The Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association, Manasota Trial Lawyers Board, Manatee County Bar Association, and Sarasota County Bar Association, and is admitted to all Florida courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling, attending sporting events, and being active in the Greater Tampa Bay community.
