Pamela Hailey-Petty

Pamela Hailey-Petty is the founder and lead attorney of Hailey-Petty Law Firm, PLLC, with offices in both Austin and San Antonio, Texas. Since 2014, she has dedicated her practice to helping Texans protect their families and secure their legacies through comprehensive estate planning, probate guidance, and business formation services. Known for her clear communication, strategic approach, and deep knowledge of Texas law, Mrs. Hailey-Petty has assisted countless individuals and families in navigating some of life’s most important legal decisions. Before establishing her law practice, Mrs. Hailey-Petty served in the Office of the Governor of Texas, where she worked as the Investment Manager and Deputy Director of the state’s $300 million Emerging Technology Fund. This experience strengthened her analytical, financial, and leadership skills—qualities she now brings to her legal work. Mrs. Hailey-Petty is an active member of the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi.
