Amy Wilkins has more than 17 years’ litigation experience. Before forming her own firm, she practiced at large national firms, including Kirkland & Ellis, Steptoe & Johnson, and Lewis and Roca, where she defended clients in commercial litigation, employment, securities litigation, and criminal disputes. Ms. Wilkins brings that big-firm litigation experience to her clients at a reasonable, small-firm cost. Amy then continued her career as a plaintiffs’ class action lawyer at Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro, where her passion for consumer safety led her to focus on automobile class actions. Her work included the Toyota rapid-acceleration multi-district litigation, a class action against Hyundai for defective air bags, and a class action against a trucking company on behalf of drivers. Amy now has her own firm and practices in the areas of litigation, family law, and appeals.
