He has successfully obtained recoveries for individuals killed or injured in car vs. bicycle collisions, truck crashes, and those injured by dangerous property conditions. He has competed in road cycling races and mountain bike races in the past, but these days he rides for fun, transportation and well-being. He often commutes several miles to work by bike, which keeps him intimately familiar with the conditions faced by cyclists who ride near motorists. He also enjoys hiking, camping, and snowsports. When he has a chance to get away, it’s usually to get outdoors with his wife and their two daughters. He also volunteers helping Overland Mountain Bike Association build and rehab trails in Northern Colorado.
