David B. Haber

As the founder of Haber Law Attorneys At Law, David B. Haber has successfully litigated multiple complex commercial disputes throughout South Florida. A veteran attorney of over 30 years, Mr. Haber has trained under some of the best legal minds in Florida, including the Honorable Alan R. Schwartz, former Chief Judge of the 3rd District Court of Appeals; the Honorable Gerald T. Wetherington, former Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida; the Honorable Judge Robert Shevin, former Florida Attorney General and former Justice of the 3rd District Court of Appeal; and the Honorable Judge Ursula Ungaro. Mr. Haber is Florida Bar Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law.
