Gus A. Anastopoulo

Gus Anastopoulo, a Charleston native, graduated from Florida State University before earning his law degree at Charleston School of Law, where he made the Dean's List and was a member of the school's Trial Advocacy Team. Gus has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal court. He always knew he wanted to build a firm that did things his way, from the cases he takes, to how they're worked up, to how every client is treated. In January 2021, he founded his firm with no clients and no staff. One of his first cases involved a mother who was struck by a texting driver and suffered a brain injury. That case fueled a bold vision for his firm to give every client a seat at the table. Today, Gus leads a dedicated team that exclusively handles personal injury cases throughout South Carolina and has recovered tens of millions for injured clients. Having taken numerous cases to trial throughout South Carolina, that experience shapes how every case is handled from day one. His team leverages advanced technology to work with precision and efficiency, ensuring every client's story is told, every critical detail is uncovered, and every piece of information is gathered to position each case for the best possible outcome. That approach has earned Gus recognition from multiple trial lawyer associations.
