While John Guin has over 28 years of experience as a lawyer handling matters in the construction industry, including administrative appeals, trials, arbitration, and mediation, his primary practice now is serving as a third-party neutral (mediator or arbitrator) in construction, commercial, real property and insurance disputes. Matters handled include payment disputes, liens, bond claims, construction defects, delay and inefficiency disputes, professional negligence in design and construction management, safety violations, contract terminations, employment and labor issues, and insurance coverage matters. John Guin is not currently accepting new clients as an attorney but he continues to provide legal services to a limited number of longtime existing clients.
