Kyle Reinert is an immigration attorney based in Missouri with over ten years of experience advocating for individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system. His practice spans a wide range of matters, including removal defense, asylum, VAWA, U and T Visas, family-based petitions, consular processing, humanitarian parole, and religious worker and employment visas. Kyle has represented clients in complex immigration proceedings across the United States. His work has included high-stakes cases before immigration courts and federal agencies, as well as behind-the-scenes strategy in litigation and administrative advocacy. He has also managed large-scale legal teams, leading efforts for law firms and nonprofit organizations across multiple jurisdictions.
