Christian Lueders

Christian Lueders is the founder and lead trial attorney of Guardian Law Group in Phoenix, Arizona. He focuses exclusively on criminal defense, representing individuals charged with misdemeanors and serious felony offenses throughout Arizona. Christian is a former felony prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, where he handled hundreds of criminal cases ranging from DUI and drug offenses to violent and high-stakes felonies. His experience prosecuting cases gives him a strategic advantage in defending clients, allowing him to anticipate the State’s approach and aggressively challenge evidence, police conduct, and charging decisions. A two-time Arizona State University graduate, Christian earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from the W. P. Carey School of Business and his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. While in law school, he received the Truman Young Fellowship and completed clerkships with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office. He graduated cum laude with high pro bono distinction after contributing hundreds of hours to legal assistance programs. Before practicing law, Christian spent eight years as a top-performing sales and marketing professional for a Fortune 500 company, earning Sales Representative of the Year.
