Abigale Rhodes Green

Abby is dedicated to using her education and experience to advocate for those in need. She has extensive litigation experience handling cases involving car accidents, trucking collisions, nursing home abuse, and medical negligence. Abby represents individuals who have suffered severe injuries, including brain and spinal cord trauma. With unwavering commitment and determination, she meticulously investigates each case, uncovering the dangerous actions and oversights that led to her clients’ injuries. Her substantial trial experience and proven success allow her to secure the best possible outcomes for those she represents. Before focusing on injury victims, Abby worked as a business litigator at a prominent regional law firm and later at a boutique business litigation firm. During this time, she defended international banks, national insurance companies, and major corporations, gaining valuable insight into defense strategies and business implications in litigation. This experience gives her a unique advantage in anticipating defense tactics and leveraging them for her clients’ benefit. A Louisville native, Abby graduated with honors from DuPont Manual High School while excelling in three varsity sports. She went on to attend the University of Georgia’s Honors College, earning degrees in Political Science and International Affairs. She then returned to Kentucky to attend the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Outside of her legal career, Abby enjoys playing tennis, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Jordan, are proud parents to their two daughters, Gigi and Rhodes, and their Goldendoodle, Stringer Bell.
