Gregory Glenn

Focusing specifically on Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts) and Medicaid eligibility asset protection; Special Needs Trusts for the disabled; Medicaid nursing home benefits eligibility planning; probate & trust administration, and nursing home abuse and neglect. Mr. Glenn is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is AV Rated by his peers with Martindale Hubbell. Prior to law school Mr. Glenn was a staff accountant and business consultant with Cooper & Lybrand, CPA's. He also has a Bachelors in Business Administration. He is a current member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and previously served on its Board of Directors. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Florida Bar Elder Law Section.
