Over more than 20 years of practice, he has represented clients in jury trials and appeals across multiple U.S. jurisdictions. Greg is admitted to practise in British Columbia and is licensed to appear in U.S. federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. His cross-border practice allows BC residents to pursue claims in U.S. federal courts nationwide while working with a lawyer who is regulated by the Law Society of British Columbia. Greg lives and works in British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the BC Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, national organizations limited to trial lawyers who have served as lead counsel in cases resulting in verdicts or settlements of at least one million dollars and multiple-million-dollar results. Membership is based on documented case outcomes.
