Greg Lauer

Greg Lauer, Barrister & Solicitor Greg Lauer is a British Columbia–based lawyer who represents British Columbia residents injured or killed in the United States. His practice focuses exclusively on serious personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice claims arising in the U.S. and pursued in U.S. federal courts under diversity jurisdiction. Greg received his legal education in the United States and previously served as a government prosecutor in Florida before founding a U.S. law firm in 2006 focused on serious injury and wrongful-death litigation. Over more than 20 years of practice, he has represented clients in jury trials and appeals across multiple U.S. jurisdictions. Greg is admitted to practise in British Columbia and is licensed to appear in U.S. federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. His cross-border practice allows BC residents to pursue claims in U.S. federal courts nationwide while working with a lawyer who is regulated by the Law Society of British Columbia. Greg lives and works in British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the BC Trial Lawyers Association.
