Fees

Free Consultation
Contingent Fees We only take cases on a pure contingency basis. This means our firm pays all costs as the case progresses. We pay all costs associated with gathering the evidence and preparing the case for trial. We never take any money from our clients, ever. Then, when we recover funds for our clients, we take a percentage of the amount recovered, in addition to the money we have invested to bring the claim. This percentage can range from 33% to 40%, depending on the case. If we are unable to secure a financial recovery for our clients, they owe us nothing. Unlike most lawyers, if we are unable to secure a recovery for our clients, we do not charge them for the expenses we incur on their behalf. The Law Society of British Columbia authorizes this type of fee arrangement. https://www.lawsociety.bc.ca/for-the-public/working-with-lawyers/lawyers-fees/
