Marian Massey

Marian Massey is an experienced employment attorney and Counsel at Greenberg Gross LLP, where she represents employees in a wide range of employment-related matters. Licensed to practice in Nevada and Texas, Marian advocates for plaintiffs before administrative agencies, arbitration tribunals, and in state and federal courts. Known for her compassionate approach and strategic advocacy, she leverages her extensive litigation experience to fight for employees who have been wronged by their employers. Marian is actively involved in the legal community and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Labor & Employment Section of the Nevada State Bar. In this role, she helped launch a partnership between the Section and UNLV’s Boyd School of Law to expand networking and educational opportunities for law students and practicing attorneys. She is also a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys and regularly provides pro bono representation through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, assisting individuals with limited resources facing complex legal issues. Marian earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as a Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review. During law school, she also externed for Justice Richard Huffman of the California Fourth District Court of Appeal, competed on the Mock Trial Team, and participated in moot court competitions. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Marian continues to draw on the skills she developed during her academic training to effectively and persuasively advocate for plaintiffs both inside and outside the courtroom.
