Sagar Shah

Sagar Shah is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on representing employees who have been subjected to unlawful harassment, discrimination or retaliation throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Shah prides himself on advocating for individuals when they have lost their livelihood or suffered as a result of unlawful conduct at work. In addition, he has helped individuals who have been retaliated against for whistleblowing and employees who have been subjected to unlawful pay practices. Mr. Shah has represented individuals in all types of fields, including finance, legal, hospitality, retail, technology, healthcare, marketing and media. Mr. Shah also represents survivors of sexual assault occurring outside the employment setting. He is a vocal advocate for individuals who have been impacted by sexual abuse. Mr. Shah also assists victims of elder abuse and nursing home neglect. Mr. Shah started his career defending companies who were being sued, but for more than a decade, Mr. Shah has shifted his focus and is dedicated to representing individuals who have been harmed. The perspective he gained while representing companies earlier in his career allows Mr. Shah to skillfully negotiate on behalf of his clients. He has handled hundreds of settlement conferences and mediations.
