Kevin Maurice Kilcommons

I enjoy an active commercial litigation and business law practice. My business practice includes franchise-related services: drafting and registration of NASAA/FTC approved franchise disclosure agreements, franchisee support services and arbitration/litigation of franchise disputes. My ability and confidence to practice in the courts, both State and Federal, as well as in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association, is due to years of invaluable experience as a law secretary to Union County Assignment Judge, Edward W. Beglin (ret.), and association with two well-regarded firms in Essex and Morris Counties. Recent business clients include medical professionals, manufacturing distributors, engineering professionals, commercial property owners, commercial property service providers, franchisees, a national franchisor, and many interesting entrepreneurs whom call Hunterdon County their home. My abilities have been recognized by my peers, as reflected in the AV (“Preeminent”) rating by Martindale-Hubble, the 2010 “Professional Lawyer of the Year” honor presented by the Hunterdon County Bar Association, together with an AVVO rating of 8.
