Michael Grabhorn

Located in Louisville, Kentucky, Michael D. Grabhorn is a recognized national authority in the area of life and disability insurance, involving both state law and ERISA. As a result, in addition to the courts in Kentucky, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as regularly appearing before the federal district and appellate courts. Based on his focus on life and disability insurance, Mr. Grabhorn is familiar with the insurance companies and their internal claims processes.
