Jonathan Goulding

I am a former Immigration Judge, Assistant United States Attorney, and attorney with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, bringing 19 years of government experience to my practice. Over the course of my career, I have held adjudicative, prosecutorial, and regulatory roles, as well as defended the United States in civil litigation. My background allows me to understand how agency decisions are made, enforced, defended, and overturned. I provide guidance to clients on complex immigration, regulatory, and appellate matters and represent them in administrative proceedings and federal court litigation.
