Brian David Gottlieb

Brian D. Gottlieb is a Florida attorney whose practice focuses on commercial disputes, family law matters, and a wide range of civil litigation issues. As a shareholder at Gottlieb Wagner Law Group, he oversees the firm’s litigation and domestic relations practice areas, representing individuals and businesses in both state and federal courts throughout South Florida. Over the course of his career, Mr. Gottlieb has handled matters involving business and contract disputes, real estate conflicts, probate litigation, foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant issues, and complex family law cases. He has extensive courtroom experience and has represented clients in both jury and non-jury trials, earning a reputation for practical problem-solving and thorough case preparation. Before joining his current firm, Mr. Gottlieb practiced at a respected Fort Lauderdale commercial litigation boutique, where he advanced to partnership after successfully managing a variety of sophisticated civil matters. He later joined a growing South Florida law firm to help build and lead its litigation and family law departments, eventually becoming a shareholder based on his leadership and results. A South Florida native, Mr. Gottlieb earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University before obtaining his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served on the law review editorial staff. Mr. Gottlieb has received recognition from several attorney rating organizations, including an AV Preeminent peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and selection to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for business litigation. Outside of his legal practice, he remains active in the local community and enjoys spending time with his family in South Florida.
