Marcelo is a licensed attorney with more than 21 years of legal experience, with over a decade focused exclusively on U.S. immigration law. Before practicing in the United States, he was an attorney in Brazil — bringing international legal experience to his work. He came to the United States as an immigrant himself, which gives him a unique personal understanding of the process that he now guides his clients through. His cases span employment visas, family immigration, humanitarian relief, and complex removal defense before immigration courts and federal appellate courts.
