Eve T.K. Volkmann

I joined the firm in 2019 after graduating from Ave Maria School of Law, where I ranked fourth in my class. During my time in law school, I received Book Awards for earning the highest grades in Commercial Law, Healthcare Law, and Research, Writing & Advocacy. As a member of the Moot Court Board, I was honored to win Best Oralist in the St. Thomas More Oral Advocacy Competition and the Robert H. Bork Appellate Team Competition, where I also received recognition for Best Brief. Additionally, I was awarded the Saint Francis Cabrini Award for my work in the Estate Planning Clinic, which recognized excellence in clinical programs. I served as an associate editor for the Ave Maria Law Review, secretary of the Ave Chapter Federalist Society, and Dean’s Delegate. I was also privileged to be the student commencement speaker for the class of 2019. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I relocated to Southwest Florida in 2005. In 2007, I graduated summa cum laude from Hodges University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Before pursuing a career in law, I spent eight years working in the senior aging and health care industry. “Eve has shown in her time with the firm that she is a fierce advocate for clients and that she is willing to get clients the justice they deserve by taking the insurance company to trial.
