Mark Daniel Precheur

I bring a diverse range of work experiences to my legal career, including time spent as a video editor in Philadelphia, where I worked on postproduction for the Emmy Award-winning show "Trading Spaces." At the age of 35, I decided to return to school to pursue a career in law. During law school, I had the opportunity to intern at both the Sarasota State Attorney's Office and the Naples Public Defender's Office. After graduating, I served as a Public Defender in Florida's 20th Judicial District in Naples for three years. During that time, I managed over 1,000 misdemeanor cases and clients, gaining valuable courtroom experience by litigating multiple trials. Growing up, I worked a variety of jobs, which gave me real-world experience and a deeper understanding of the challenges and issues people face in their daily lives. You will see that consulting with me as your attorney. As an avid baseball fan, I had the unforgettable experience of attending the World Series in 2008. I now live in Fort Myers, where I enjoy reading, watching TV and movies, and spending quality time with my family down in Naples, Florida.
