James M. Loren

James Loren is a senior partner at Goldberg & Loren and an aggressive litigator with over 50 case verdicts throughout the country. He has completed thousands of injury claims leading to over half a billion dollars in settlements for his clients. Many of these personal injury verdicts and settlements were well in the excess of one million dollars. When it comes to personal injury cases he represents clients in the following areas of practice, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall cases, product liability claims, employment discrimination; overtime law; and civil rights actions. Mr. Loren is passionate about getting justice for his clients and believes in providing excellent customer service while making sure that they understand their rights and receive the best possible outcome. He has successfully represented clients in court as well as at trial and handled appeals all across the United States. James Loren attended Nova Southeast University School of Law in 1995 and received his Juris Doctor degree while graduating with honors of magna cum laude. While in attendance at Nova Southeastern University School of Law, James was selected and participated in the prestigious Federal Bureau of Investigation, Honors Internship Program. James is also able to practice law in multiple jurisdictions which include Florida; Georgia; Washington; Oregon; Maine; Wisconsin. James Loren, has been admitted to and has tried cases in Federal Court in Texas; Colorado; New Mexico; North Dakota; Michigan; Tennessee; Illinois; and Indiana. At Goldberg & Loren, he is the Firms CFO and the firm's most senior trial lawyer.
