Michael Thor Kessinger

Attorney Michael Kessinger has been helping injured workers, victims of personal injury, and Social Security Disability claimants since he began practicing in 2003. Mr. Kessinger has extensive experience representing injured workers in Idaho Industrial Commission proceedings. He has tried dozens of workers' compensation cases and argued workers compensation cases before the Idaho Supreme Court. Mr. Kessinger represents the injured in Washington and Idaho with car crash injuries, slip and falls, dog bites, etc. In addition to Idaho workers' compensation and personal injury claims, Mr. Kessinger represents the disabled before the Social Security Administration.
