Gillian Fierer O'Nan

Gillian Fierer O’Nan is an attorney experienced in all aspects of family law. Ms. O’Nan provides effective, resourceful, and responsive representation in a wide range of family law matters including divorce actions, separate maintenance actions, alimony and spousal support actions, child custody and support actions, contempt actions, post-divorce modification and enforcement, adoptions, family violence actions, legitimation actions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and wills. Ms. O’Nan, earned her B.A., with honors, in Political Science, and her J.D., with honors, both from the University of Georgia. Ms. O’Nan is a Guardian ad Litem, a Mentor for the State Bar of Georgia Transition Into Law Practice Program, a member of the family law sections of the Atlanta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association, having served as a former Chair of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, Young Lawyer’s Division, and a member of Lawyer’s Club of Atlanta. Ms. O'Nan is a frequent lecturer on topics involving family law at continuing legal education seminar in Georgia and abroad.
