I am an experienced family law attorney and litigator with almost 16 years of litigation experience. I focus my practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, and spousal support. I have extensive experience litigating family law matters throughout the Philadelphia five-county area and I currently focus my practice in Bucks County and Montgomery County. I use my years of experience to zealously advocate for my clients, seeking settlement whenever possible, but always prepared to litigate any matter if settlement is not possible. I strive to develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with my clients in order to provide them with a clear roadmap of where their case is and where it is going. I believe in empowering my clients with the knowledge they need to regain a sense of control over their lives and their future. I firmly believe in working with my clients to educate them about their legal options so that they can make well-informed decisions about the course of their case, knowing and understanding how those decisions will impact their lives. I work diligently to help my clients gain a sense of control and security about their future as they navigate this very challenging time in their lives. Prior to establishing Gibson Family Law, PLLC, I worked for a nationally renowned large law firm based in Philadelphia, where I gained invaluable expertise in complex financial matters impacting child support, spousal support, alimony, and property division. I have extensive experience representing business owners and upper level business executives with complex income situations and property ownership, including business ownership.
