Jennifer Gibbs

Jennifer has been a managing partner here at Gibbs Tillery since graduating from Emory Law School in 2009. A dedicated and trial-tested family law and estate planning attorney, Jennifer helps clients navigate divorce, child custody and support, court order modification, guardianship, and estate planning cases. A relentless advocate for civil rights and equality, Jennifer was at the forefront of the movement to legalize same-sex marriage for years before the Supreme Court extended marriage equality to same-sex couples in the 2015 Obergefell v.
