Ahava Livingstone

I joined Gerson & Schwartz as an Associate Attorney in 2026. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2024, where I was awarded a Dean's Merit Scholarship and received a CALI Award for Florida Legal Research. Before joining the firm, I gained extensive experience handling employee-rights matters, often litigated in federal court. Now, I focus on representing clients in personal injury and maritime personal injury cases. I am committed to providing dedicated and thorough representation with a practical, detail-oriented approach aimed at holding corporations and insurers accountable while pursuing full compensation for those who have been injured.
