Take Back Your Life After a Work Injury I am an experienced trial attorney with a legal practice dedicated to helping Georgia workers injured on the job. I am also a founding partner of Gerber & Elkins Workers' Compensation Attorneys law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. After my internship in D.C., I moved back to Georgia in 2001. I started my career working for insurance defense firms. While trying cases on their behalf, I learned insurance companies' defense strategies and motivations. In 2004, I was recruited to a law firm that represented plaintiffs in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. In 2010, I started my own work injury law firm in Atlanta. I am determined to provide superior representation for those who were hurt on the job and required assistance in navigating the complex Georgia workers’ compensation system. I am an active member of the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Claimant’s Lawyers (WCCL) board, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. I am also a Junior Board Member for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
