About
Thomas Outlaw is a personal injury attorney representing injured individuals across South Carolina. His background working on construction crews alongside brick masons and carpenters, as well as working as a cook while attending University of Mississippi, gives him a practical understanding of the physical demands placed on working people. Those early experiences shaped his commitment to advocating for individuals who work hard and need strong legal representation after an injury. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Mississippi before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. During law school, he gained hands-on experience with a well-established personal injury law firm in New Orleans. After graduation, Tom clerked for South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Edward B. Cottingham in Orangeburg. He then served as an assistant public defender in Columbia. He later focused his practice on personal injury law as an associate with a Myrtle Beach firm before joining George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers in the Myrtle Beach office. Outside of his legal practice, Tom enjoys a variety of activities with his wife, Camille, including hiking, camping, bicycling, and cooking. They also spend time with their rescued dog and cat, Murphy and Eliza.
