Timothy Stanley

Timothy Stanley is a North Carolina personal injury attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing accident victims in complex injury claims and jury trials. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with honors from the University of Maryland in 1987 and later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1992. Timothy began his legal career working in the automobile injury claims department at State Farm. During his five years there, he gained in-depth knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate, investigate, and negotiate auto accident claims. That insider perspective on insurance defense strategy ultimately led him to shift his focus to representing injured individuals rather than carriers. He transitioned into private practice and became a partner at a Charlotte-based law firm, where he spent 25 years handling personal injury litigation. Over the course of his career, Timothy has successfully tried numerous jury trials in both North Carolina Superior and District Courts. Now practicing with George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers, Timothy leverages his insurance industry background and extensive courtroom experience to build strong cases for his clients. Outside of his legal practice, Timothy is a devoted husband and father of three.
