George Salinas

I began my legal journey at the University of Texas School of Law, where I had the opportunity to take part in several prestigious internships and clerkships. After earning my law degree, I started my career working with firms that represented insurance companies and large corporations in personal injury cases. While I found the legal challenges of these cases engaging, I quickly realized my true passion was standing up for accident victims rather than defending corporations aiming to deny fair settlements. This realization led me to join a well-regarded personal injury lawyer in San Antonio before eventually establishing my own firm. Having worked on both sides of personal injury cases, I bring a valuable perspective to the table when advocating for accident victims in San Antonio, Texas. My experience representing insurance companies gave me insight into the strategies their legal teams use during personal injury trials. I’m familiar with their tactics, such as shifting blame onto victims or attempting to discredit evidence, and I’ve developed effective ways to address and counter those approaches. When my team and I take on a case, clients can feel confident that we’ll fight tirelessly on their behalf. Over the years, I’ve been honored to receive recognition from some of the most respected legal organizations in Texas. From 2019 to 2020, I served on the board of directors for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and as President of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. I’ve been named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star—an honor awarded to fewer than 2% of eligible attorneys—as well as Best SA Lawyer by SA Magazine from 2018 to 2025. In addition, I was recognized as one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 in 2019 and received the National Association of Distinguished Counsel’s Top 1% Award. From 2020 through 2026, I’ve also been listed in Texas Super Lawyers, an accolade reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
