Sebastian D Torres

Sebastian prides himself on being a problem solver for his clients. His practice is focused on providing clients with advice regarding complex litigation, personal injury litigation, domestic law, small business law, and criminal law. Additionally, he has unique experience dealing with constitutional issues such as election law compliance and Second Amendment litigation. Prior to joining Gatlin Voelker, Sebastian was employed as a litigation associate at one of the nation’s largest law firms. In his previous role, Sebastian was involved in several high-stakes civil actions dealing with wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and trucking accidents. This experience provided Sebastian with invaluable lessons regarding how to think about legal matters “outside of the box” while developing and executing aggressive case management strategies. Through this role, Sebastian has had the opportunity to work with other young lawyers throughout Northern Kentucky to enhance the overall quality of the legal community. They reside in Boone County, Kentucky, with a highly energetic Chocolate Lab and a lazy Bernese Mountain Dog. Prior to entering private practice, Sebastian received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Eastern Kentucky University and a Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
