I am the founder and an owner of Garnishment Gurus Law Firm. We represent creditors of all sizes to collect what they are owed. We vigorously enforce judgments across Washington State through all legal collection methods including, obviously, writs of garnishment where we use the laws Where do we practice? -We collect and enforce judgments in Washington State. We've appeared in virtually every court in the State. What type of collection do we handle? -Once a judgment has been obtained from almost any type of case we can enforce it to make sure the Court's order is paid. We most commonly enforce judgments and garnish based on judgments for consumer debts, small claims, family law cases, vehicles loans, and more. A little personal info: Originally from St. Louis, my wife and I went to law school together in Michigan before moving to Washington State to open our law firm. Outside of work, I primarily spend time with our young children. We enjoy Disney together, and they suffer through me taking them fishing and to the gym as much as possible.
