James Gallo

James C. Gallo is an experienced criminal defense attorney and founder of Gallo Law Office in Las Vegas, Nevada. He handles a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases in both state and municipal courts throughout Las Vegas and Clark County. Gallo, a Las Vegas native, began his legal career practicing in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation after he earned his juris doctor from University of San Diego in 1995. This type of law allowed him to learn more about numerous arbitrations, mediations, bench trials and jury trials. Before practicing criminal defense, Gallo focused on transactions and contracts. He has represented numerous professional athletes through high-level contractual negotiations. Past clients include former UFC light heavyweight champions Tito Ortiz and Chuck Liddell, along with former UFC heavy weight champion Ricco Rodriguez. In 2004 he founded his own firm, then known as the Law Offices of James Gallo Jr., Esq. The firm focuses on representing clients who are facing criminal charges. Gallo is passionate about defending the rights of people facing drug offenses, marijuana charges, violent crimes, DUI offenses and several other charges.
