Keith R. Galbut

Keith R. Galbut leads Galbut Beabeau’s corporate, construction, real estate, & outside general counsel practices. He has extensive experience in corporate and real estate transactions, including matters of corporate formation & governance & the negotiation of commercial contracts, construction agreements, employment agreements, license agreements, leases, mergers, acquisitions, & sales of businesses. He often protects his clients’ rights & advances their interests in business, construction, & real estate disputes, whether through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation. A community leader in business & law, Keith served as an Adjunct Professor of International Business Law at the Thunderbird School of Global Management for over ten years & served as Chairman & President of the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations (PCFR). He was honored by Global Chamber as “Global Business Service Provider of the Year” & with the “PCFR Visionary Award” by PCFR. He is regularly recognized with AV Preeminent & Platinum Client Champion designations by Martindale-Hubbell®; has been recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers® and The Best Lawyers in America® in business, entrepreneurship, family business, & corporate law; & has been highlighted by AZ Business Magazine, Arizona Executive Magazine, & Phoenix Magazine as one of Arizona's leading lawyers including as a Phoenix Top Lawyer in 2023.
