Victor Fusco

Mr. Fusco is the founding member of Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C., a 20-lawyer firm based on Long Island, NY. In its 48-year history the firm has successfully represented thousands of working people and their loved ones in Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, NYS & NYC Employee Civil Service Disability, Long Term Disability and ERISA claims, Veterans Benefits and Personal Injury matters. Mr. Fusco was the founding president of the NY Social Security Bar Association and is a past president of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He is the former host of "Labor-Lines" which ran for 17 years on various radio stations in NY and Florida. He is a frequent lecturer and has written many articles and manuals in the fields of Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation and Media Relations.
