Fritznie Abigail Jarbath

Fritznie Jarbath is an attorney of Haitian decent admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. She attended Florida International University College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate. She attended University of Miami where she obtained Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Law. She practices in the area of Family Law, Immigration Law and Personal Injury. While attending Law School, Mrs. Jarbath was selected to work as an intern at the Miami Immigration Court where she conducted extensive research into the factors of individual criminal convictions that adversely affect immigration status. She has been selected as the Top 40 under 40 Outstanding Lawyers and received the distinguished honor of being selected in Class 1 of the Florida Bar Leadership Academy. She has also served as the president of the Haitian Lawyers Association. Mrs. Jarbath also advocated on behalf of minor immigrant children while working the Immigrant Children's Justice Clinic at Florida International University College of Law. She continues to represent undocumented immigrant children to help them obtain legal immigration status.
