Theresa Rodriguez Fritz is bilingual (English/Spanish) with extensive experience in Labor & Employment and Business Law. This includes counseling Businesses and Non-Profit organization clients regarding preventative measures, regulation compliance, business organizational planning, preparing Handbooks & employment policies, and assisting Businesses with their start-ups.
