Chris Turner

Mr. Turner has over 22 years of experience in asset protection, risk management, estate planning, business entity formation and estate tax law. He graduated in 1998 from the University of Tulsa College of Law, and spent a semester abroad in London, England,studying at the London Law Consortium. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Chris studied at Weber State University, in Ogden, Utah, where he received his B.S.in Political Science and Business in 1994.Prior to joining Scott Soelberg's practice, Chris had worked for the law firmsof Mitton & Burningham and Asset Protection Legal Group, LLP, both in Salt Lake City, Utah where he was able to work with Jay Mitton and Scott Soelberg. Chris has experience in dealing with clients in every state in the country, and in meeting their specific asset protection, estate and tax planning needs. The focus of his practice is in the clinical application of state and federal laws and other protocols of asset protection and estate planning, including long-term maintenance requirements, thereby creating for the client an exact profile of protection and safety from personal legal threats.
