Davina Frederick

Davina B. Frederick is a Florida-licensed attorney, member in good standing of the Florida Bar and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. She founded Frederick Law & Mediation of Florida, P.L. to provide legal advice and counsel to individuals, business owners and corporate professionals who wish to continue providing for their families in the event they no longer are able to do so due to incapacity or death. Ms. Frederick is a native Floridian who has lived and worked in the Central Florida area since 1987. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Journalism, and of Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, Barry University. She opened her own law practice upon graduation from law school in 2007, and has practiced in areas including divorce, adoption, residential real estate, foreclosure, contracts, business, landlord/tenant and estate planning law. The focus of Frederick Law & Mediation is estate planning, including wills, trusts, legacy and asset protection, powers of attorney and advance directives (living wills). Ms. Frederick also owns two other businesses, a marketing consulting company specializing in online marketing for other professional service businesses, including other lawyers, and a high performance fitness training studio.
