Luke Wingo joined Frazier Law with a primary focus on Estate Planning and Probate, dedicating his practice to helping families build a strong foundation for lasting success. Guided by a strong sense of integrity and commitment to client representation, Luke works directly with individuals and families to simplify the estate planning process and provide the confidence and security needed to safeguard their future. With experience spanning complex litigation matters and corporate legal operations, Luke offers clients a well-rounded and practical perspective on legacy planning. His background in dispute resolution and contract negotiations allows him to create detailed estate plans designed to reduce risk and minimize the potential for future family disputes. Luke is committed to delivering straightforward, effective guidance that helps clients protect both their financial interests and long-term legal objectives. Before concentrating his practice on estate law, Luke built a career defined by leadership, service, and professional achievement: General Counsel Experience: Luke oversaw legal operations for a small healthcare management company, handling matters involving compliance and corporate governance. Litigation Background: He developed extensive experience in employment and labor law litigation in Nashville, as well as criminal defense matters in Indianapolis. Judicial Insight: Luke served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Frank Addy, Jr. in South Carolina’s Eighth Judicial Circuit. Military Service: Luke served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve from 2012 through the completion of his service in 2021. Outside of his legal career, Luke has formal culinary arts training. He lives in Nolensville with his wife, three dogs, a cat, and a constantly changing number of horses. He is also a dedicated fan of University of Tennessee athletics.
