I started by representing clients in Pennsylvania County Courts in a wide range of matters. I have represented clients as a 'Court Appointed' advocate. So, I understand people that are up against a system and that they need help to navigate. I also have represented clients who are more sophisticated and financially able to obtain the assistance they need, and who are familiar with the 'workings of the law'. My experiences include some appearances in the, now closed, York Immigration Court, in York, Pennsylvania. As I recall, my first was a 'Bond Hearing' matter. I am able to assist in preparation of documents, and may limit my services to 'not entering an appearance'.
