Frank Talbott

Frank Talbott has been involved in workers' compensation litigation for more than 30 years, representing employees, employers, insurance companies, and acting as a contract hearing officer for the Department of Labor in workers' compensation matters. He is a Vermont Attorney with a long history of work-place accident and injury litigation, having been involved in hundreds of cases involving all sides. His practice is currently focused exclusively on representing injured employees. Frank Talbott was also an acting contract hearing officer for the Department of Labor in workers’ compensation matters for six years. This was a position as an administrative law judge in which he adjudicated disputed workers’ compensation cases.
