Francis Joseph Masciocchi

Francis served on the Hainesport School Board of Education for nine years, three years as president. He is a practicing attorney and is a member of the bar of the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Francis currently is an adjunct professor at Rosemont College in Pennsylvania where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Law, Business Ethics and International Law. He is also an instructor for various courses for continuing legal education for fellow attorneys.
