David Fuller

Mr. Fuller has been practicing law for more than 26 years. During the course of his expansive career, he has been involved in all aspects of personal injury litigation. He has tried over 80 cases to verdict before a jury, as well as dozens of others before a judge. Prior to joining The Fran Haasch Law Group, he served as an attorney for a major, multibillion-dollar insurance company for more than 12 years. He knows how insurance companies and adjusters analyze cases. All of this experience, including experience on both sides of the aisle, is tremendously beneficial to the firm’s clients. Throughout his decades as an attorney, Mr. Fuller has recovered several multimillion-dollar settlements for his clients. He is not afraid to aggressively represent his clients and do whatever it takes to get the liable insurance company to do the right thing by paying injured victims the full, fair amount they deserve. Mr. Fuller finds the most rewarding aspect of his job to be successfully securing a favorable result in even the toughest of cases. Mr. Fuller is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 20 years, Susanne, and their son. He also loves riding his bike, staying in shape, and playing guitar. Mr. Fuller is also active in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. Mr. Fuller offers objective legal advice and honest counsel to his clients at each stage of the process.
