I am one of the founding members of Frame Legal, LLC, a forward-thinking business law firm dedicated to providing efficient and effective representation to small businesses, start-ups, professionals, and entrepreneurs throughout Illinois. My practice is centered on civil and business litigation, particularly in matters involving business disputes, partnership disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, debt collections, fraud, injunctive relief (TROs and Preliminary Injunctions), and related legal conflicts. Over the course of my career, I have successfully obtained numerous significant monetary judgments and equitable relief, such as temporary restraining orders and injunctions, on behalf of my corporate and professional clients. Additionally, I assist clients in resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution methods, including arbitration and mediation. I handle cases in both state and federal courts, with experience across various counties such as Cook County, DuPage County, Will County, and Kane County.
