John Francis Estill

John Estill heads the firm's litigation practice with over 25 years of trial and appellate experience. Mr. Estill is licensed in state and federal courts in Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia. His practice includes automobile accidents, personal injury cases, wrongful death matters, eminent domain issues, real estate issues and transactions, probate and estates, and other matters. Mr. Estill has served as the Assistant Commonwealth Attorney and is currently serving as the Mason County Attorney.
