My practice covers a broad variety of business and intellectual property matters, including, drafting and negotiating technology contracts (e.g., SaaS, software licensing, etc.), preparing and managing investments in private companies, preparing federal trademark registration applications and managing trademark portfolios, drafting privacy policies and addendums (with hands-on experience with CANSPAM, CCPA, and GDPR), drafting and maintaining corporate records, and conducting due diligence (including coordinating review of documents with outside counsel).
