Free Consultation A free consultation is for 1 hour. The meeting does not establish an attorney-client relationship until a contract is signed.
Contingent Fees The contingent fee is 40% of the total recovery. Contingent fees increase if appealed to 50% of the total recovery. Costs and expenses will be paid by the client from the recovery in some cases the Client will be responsible for costs and expenses. The exact nature of the fee and terms of representation are established only by a Contract with the Attorney and Client.
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information New clients pay a retainer of $7500; hourly rates start at $300/hr and increase to $500/hr. depending on the case; hourly rates are determined by contract only between the Attorney and Client. Flat Fees are acceptable but need to be negotiated between the Attorney and the Client.
